This was a special show for the catering staff as there were a lot of new faces.
Following Lesley Danbury’s departure to Leicestershire, Pat Redding took over the mantle of organising the catering and along with Ann Philps, Jenny Booth and Sandra Ranson produced a superb variety of cakes both to eat and sell, thus continuing the high standards to which we have become accustomed.
With great skill Pat Redding planned her campaign to the last detail which included, with the help of Monica, steering the new helpers, Jenny Onley, Kathy, Anne Marie, Ruth, Doris and Chrissie through the day. Congratulations to Pat and team on a marvellous performance!
